Frensham Brook was asked to become involved in the refurbishment and improvement of one of the premier houses on the beautiful island of St Lucia, on the exclusive Cap Estate. Although acknowledged as offering some of the best views on the island, the house was not making the most of them.

• Frensham Brook carried out a site visit to identify areas of improvement to upgrade the property and improve its rental potential. This included a new outdoor dining area and a 40 ft high viewing platform to give uninterrupted views of the neighbouring island of Martinique, as well as more general improvements including refurbishing the main living area and smartening up the main entrance.

• The company then oversaw the detailed design and procurement process, sourcing and putting together a local professional team to undertake the works

• Frensham Brook then monitored the building works, with site visits, to ensure that the project ran smoothly and on time
